All supply orders will be mailed as quickly as possible. Invoices will be sent once the supply order is fulfilled and ready to mail. Please pay promptly to prevent your order from being delayed. 
Clients must be active in follow-ups (this includes long-term clients checking in with their Practitioner at least once a year) and pay all outstanding invoices in full before orders will be shipped.
